You have all the time video or DX error.

After uninstalling the software link to your graphic card ( AMD Radeon Software/NVIDIA GeForce ), you have to uninstall manually any driver link to your graphic card until you only have access to the default "Windows Microsoft Basic Display Adapter". To do that open your peripheral manager and open your graphic card info, details tabs and look for the value of "Inf file name's" :

Then delete the driver with the command :

pnputil.exe –f –d oem(°).inf

Repeat for every driver loaded until your card appear has 'Windows Microsoft Basic Display Adapter' and reinstall the software for your graphic card.
